The best thing ever is breakfast for dinner!!! Yes you read that right. I really fancied a "FRY-up" on the weekend and after a busy day travelling I had skipped breakfast so I just had it at dinnertime instead.

The best thing ever is breakfast for dinner!!! Yes you read that right. I really fancied a "FRY-up" on the weekend and after a busy day travelling I had skipped breakfast so I just had it at dinnertime instead.

It's always best to start with the item that takes the longest to do. The sausages! Start cooking the sausages, we fried ours in a medium-hot pan for 15-20 minutes. You can also choose to fry, grill or oven bake sausages depending on your preference using the timing recommended on the packaging of course.

As the sausages cooks, cover a baking tray with parchment paper and place your bacon onto a tray, bake in the hot oven at 180C for roughly 15 minutes until crispy.

Whilst the bacon and sausages are cooking in a separate pan, pan-fry your Halloumi until crispy (not pictured) when the Halloumi is cooked remove it from the pan and set it aside on kitchen paper. 🍅 Add your tomatoes to the hot pan next with a bit of oil. Add thick slices of crusty bread, turning regularly till they crisp. The pan will get smokey as it is so hot but don't be detered.

Remove crispy bread and tomatoes from the pan and lastly fry your eggs.

Plate everything up, adding the sausages, bacon, bread, tomatoes and Halloumi on the plate. Add the eggs on top and Baked beans. Enjoy
