Tamarind chutney

In a large kadai take equal proportion of tamarind, dates and jaggery
pour 2 cups of water. - 2
Mix and boil the mixture for atelast 10 minutes.

Add saunf powder, jeera powder, kashmiri red chili powder,amchur powder and salt to taste.

Mix and mash tamarind and dates.

Simmer the mixture for 2 minutes.
Later allow the mixture to cool completly. - 6
Strain the puree.
and transfer the tamarind ka chutney into airtight jar and store it in the refrigerator.. - 7
Enjoy with your favourite chaat sev puri bhel puri.
