Ingredients

  • 100 gcherry tomatoes
  • 45 gTomato puree with garlic
  • 250 mlboiling water
  • 200 mlskimmed milk
  • 10 gFresh basil

    Chop all the tomatoes into quarters, after there cut place them into a medium sized pot with the paste, then fry off with water.

    (frying with water dose requirer more attention but is far more healthy, all you have to do is add little bits of water and when it drys up add a little more and continue about 5-10 times)

    Add all the water and bring it to a boil.

    Once it's boiling, add all the milk, and bring it back to the boil.

    (I used Arla Lactofree skimmed lactose free milk, as it has less calories but still taste just like milk)

    While you're waiting for it to boil, ruffly chop the basil then put it into the pot and reduce the heat down to a simmer, stir, then place a lid on the pot and leave for 45 minutes.

    After that you're all done. Enjoy! :)
