Wash and chop parwal and potato into long slits.

Heat a pan, add mustard seeds when it splutter add chopped garlic. Then add chopped parwal and potato, salt, turmeric powder and mix it. Cover the lid and let it cook for few few minutes on low flame.

When sabji is almost cooked then add red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder and coriander leaves and mix well and cook for 2 minutes and parwal sabji is ready to serve.
