Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1cucumber peeled, diced,
  • 1small bowl mint leaves,
  • 1 tsplemon juice,
  • to taste,Salt
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder,
  • 1/4 tspblack salt (optional),
  • 1 tspsugar,
  • as per needFew ice cubes,

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a mixer jar, add cucumber pcs & mint leaves. Add all the other ingredients except ice cubes.

    Blend it thoroughly, with 1/2 cup water. Strain it into a bowl, add lil more, squeeze the residue nicely.

    Take a serving glass, add ice cubes, pour the juice into it, serve it chilled.
