Ingredients

1 hr 30 min

  • 1.5 ltrwholemilk
  • 200GM's Almond soaked
  • 1-2Mangoes
  • 2 TbspMango crush
  • 2 TbspCastor Sugar
  • 1/2 TspCitric Acid
  • 1 Tbspmilkmaid if required
  • as per needFruit crush of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk.Dissolve citric acid in water.Add this to boiled milk strain milk in cheese cloth and wash in running water so all citrus smell goes off

  2. 2

    Soak the almonds for 6-8 hrs. Peel and grind them to a coarse paste

  3. 3

    Mix Cheena and almond puree along with castor sugar and set in ring or pie mould.let it set in fridge for an hour

  4. 4

    Unmould the cake and decorate with your choice of seasonal fruit flavours. Accordingly use fruit crush or can do icing also

  5. 5

    Apply mango crush on top and decorate with mango
