Today I have made tasty delicious popular Mango Pudding dessert with simple ingredients and has a rich and creamy texture, in this no gelatin or no agar - agar is required for this dish

First lightly oil the metal pudding mould, and keep aside.

Take a grinder jar add mango pieces, sugar, milk and blend into puree. Make sure the puree is smooth and without any lumps.

Heat a pan and pour out the puree, cook the puree to bring to a quick boil and lower the heat.

In the meantime mix together corn starch and milk, make a smooth slurry, without any lumps.

Now add the slurry into the mango mixture and mix it well and cook on low flame until it starts leaving the pan and becomes thick, remove from heat.

Then immediately transfer all the puree into the greased moulds and tap the mould. Cool it completely and then refrigerate it for at least 4 hours.

Now carefully tap the mould to loosen it and remove it. Mango Pudding dessert is ready to serve.
