To make a puree of mango, adding some milk. Heat a pan pour the mango milk mixture, saffronstrands stir continuously Add sugar & stir.To make a slurry of milk& cornflour.
Pour this slurry on mango mixture,stir continuously,till it's becomes thick.Off the flame.

Transfer the mixture on greased mould.C ool it & Freeze it 2hour
Mango pudding is ready Garnishing with mango & mint leaves serve it.
