Milk Cream from fresh Cow's Milk along with Honey is a great option for a healthy Breakfast on any day.
Sugar also can be used instead of Honey. Both the ways it tastes awesome. Nevertheless it can also be eaten just like that with no Sugar or Honey. It is too yum. Creamy and luscious. It is absolutely amazing.
The best part is that it is fresh and homemade. The same Cream can be collected over a period of time to make the Clarified Butter or Ghee.
All in all a superfood for all.

Boil Milk on a medium high heat at first. As soon as it starts boiling vigorously, lower the heat and simmer on a low for the next 20-25 minutes. That's it.

After it comes down to the room temperature, refrigerate for about an hour or two or even more. Collect the thick Cream from the top layer that's formed once it cools down thoroughly.

Homemade thick and luscious Cream mixed with Honey tastes delicious. Enjoy! Yum!
It can be relished on it's own or even with Bread and Chapatis for a yummy Breakfast.
