In a mixing bowl add curd whisk well. Add suji, curd and salt mix well. Then add 1/2 cup water and make a semi thick batter. Cover it and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

After 20 minutes suji absorbed the water. Add some more water as required. Add baking soda and whisk again and pour the batter into greased idli mould. Steamed it for 5-10 minutes on medium flame and idli is ready.
Transfer into a plate. - 3
Serve with hot Sambhar, coconut chutney, tomato ketchup and green chutney.......
