Hmm if you visit the northern side of Nigeria gurasa is something everyone enjoys, and you can enjoy it plain or with suya 😍that's the perfect match , #mukomakitchen but eqven if you don't have suya, you can enjoy it with peanut pepper powder, and fried vegetable oil with slices of onion hmmmmm😋😋😋it's taste, and smells like suyaaaa 😀

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, the texture is like that of puff puff batter.
Cover and allow to rise for 30mins or so - 2
Now start grilling on a hot pan, without greasing just scoop the batter to the pan
And cover the pan for 2min, - 3
Open and flip the other side and let it cook for 2min too

When its fully cooked remove from pan and sprinkle the pepper and some oil, then slices of onions
