Chock the moong dall 4 hour then clean well drain water

Transferred to mixi jar and grind it in thick paste

Then transferred to a bowl and add 2 spoon of rice flour & needed salt, add coconut teeth and mix well
Now batter was ready. - 4
Placed appam kadai on flame and add oil on each kuzhi in half level and to heat well

Then take the batter by spoon and drop it on each kuzhi,then heated with medium flame, if bottom of mixture comes brown reverse the ball then heat, two side getting brown color now paniyaram is ready

Taken out by fork or spoon and transferred to serving bowl
Now yammy yammy moong dal paniyaram ready
Coconut chutney or Jaggery as matching side dish for this mongdal kuzipaniyaram
