Make cuts on tomatoes and let them boil by covering them for 15 mins.

Heat oil and ghee in Kadai and add roughly chop onions, add almonds.

Now add 3 green cardamoms, add sliced ginger, and add cloves of garlic.

Now add tomatoes, add water now try to crush the tomatoes.

Now add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.

Let boil for almost 10 -15 minutes and then let it cool and grind to a smooth paste. Then heat oil in Kadai.

Add the paste into the Kadai add Garam masala powder and mix well.

Now add Paneer now mix the paneer with the gravy and cook for 10 minutes now add fresh cream.

Now it's ready to Serve.
