This is a popular candy ice cream in India. First mango seed is removed and then the hollow space is filled with milk cream or rabdi then frozen, cut in slices while serving.
Steps

First, make instant Rabdi(milk filling), the link is given below.

Cut mango and keep lid(cut mango piece) for later use, Now give cuts carefully around the seed to release seed.

Now with the help of kitchen pincers (tong) pull the seed by rotating carefully.

The outer cover and peel of mango should not get damaged.

Place mangoes in small glasses so that it should stay vertical cause we will pour the liquid inside the mango later.

Feel the filling ( sweet milk Rabdi in a hollow space in the center.

Cover with lid.

Keep in the deep freezer overnight.

Take out from the freezer, peel mangoes with the help of a peeler or knife.
