3large eggs
Oil for frying

Cut the bread into the sizes you wish, break the eggs add onions and seasoning, whisk to combine.

Heat oil in a pan on medium flame, out the bread in the egg mixture then transfer to oil and fry both side till slightly golden brown.

Oolaa laaaaa.... Enjoy with tea or juice or pap.
