15-20 mins
2 servings
  • 1/2 bowldaal
  • 1 spoondesi ghee
  • As Per Tastesalt
  • 1/4 spoonturmeric powder
  • 1tomato
  • 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 spooncoriander powder
  • 1 pinchasafoetida

Steps

15-20 mins
  1. 1

    Wash and soak the daal for 1/2 an hour.

  2. 2

    Pressure cook it for 3 -4 whistles along with salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Heat up the pan and add ghee then asafoetida, paste, and tomato

  4. 4

    Finally, add daal and serve hot

  5. 5
