This is a simple but still very healthy option for breakfast. It takes hardly 5min to prepare if boiled eggs are ready. I have added mayonnaise and minimum spices so that kids will like this recipe.

Boil eggs.

Remove the shell and cut the eggs into small pieces.

Transfer eggs to a mixing bowl.

Add mayonnaise.

Add finely chopped coriander leaves and grated carrot.

Add salt, seasoning, and chili flakes.

Combine all well and keep it aside.

Now apply butter to bread and roast on hot tawa till golden brown.

Now fill the ready eggs mixture with bread.

A healthy sandwich is ready to Serve.
