  1. 1 cupboiled rice
  2. 1onion
  3. As Per TasteSalt
  4. 1/4 spoonred chilli powder
  5. 1green chilli Chopped
  6. 1 spoonoil
  7. 1/4 spoonmustard seeds

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadhai add mustard seeds saute it add chopped ginger and green chili.sauthe it...

  2. 2

    Now add onion and saute it till it loses its raw taste.

  3. 3

    Add all spices and mix well add boiled rice and Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Fried rice is ready to Serve.
