Washed and soaked the rice overnight

In a blender add onions,soaked rice,cooked rice and blend until smooth consistency

Transfer to a large bowl, cover and allow it to rise for 1 hour

Add sugar and salt stir very well until well combined

Heat oil on your masa pan and fry on each side until golden brown

Serve with kuli kuli and enjoy 😉
