125 gcacao butter
3/4 cupraw cacao powder
1-2 tbspmaple syrup
Pinchsea salt

Steps

Melt the cacao butter in a double boiler. Take off the heat.

Add the maple syrup.

Add the cacao and salt.

Use at this point if you need melted chocolate. If not, put onto a lined tray or into moulds and put in the fridge until set.
