🥚 Boiled eggs - perfectly peeled with a pressure cooker

I was struggled to peel the boiled eggs without damaging the surface of it, and frustrated‼️
Not any more🎉
Using a pressure cooker or 'Instant Pot' and here you go. No more frustration in peeling the eggs.

Using a pressure cooker or 'Instant Pot' and here you go. No more frustration in peeling the eggs.
Steps
- 1
Put eggs into a pressure cooker, Instant Pot, with water less than half of the eggs height. Or using the shelf inside to keep on top of the water surface like in the image.
For Instant Pot, use 'lower pressure'.
- 2
Cooking time depends on how would you like it to be.
3-4 min for runny
5-6 min for my favourite
7-8 min for firm - 3
Do not leave the eggs in the pot. Take it out immediately, and put into ice cold water immediately after cooked.
- 4
Then, you can peel the eggs without the meat stuck with the shell side.
Soooo satisfying‼️
