Courgette
Tomatoes
Red onions
2; eggs
S& p and chives

Wash and prepare your salad. Cook some onion.

Add eggs on top of salad then add onion on top.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and chives.

Poach 2 eggs in hot boiling pan for about 5 mins, if you want soft then less minutes.

I love to cook and bake I usually just wing it, I just guess weigh sometimes, but usually turns out okay.
