This is an authentic recipe of Karnataka. The taste is really amazing as Homemade masala is used while preparing. Lots of vegetables are assembled with basmati rice and cooked together in a pressure cooker with some spices, which makes it a mouth watering dish. This is my favourite rice dish. Here in Karnataka, such a type of pulao is made in all functions and marriages.
