For ganache:
half barchocolate

Firstly, sieve all dry ingredients and mix in a bowl

Then add all wet ingredients, blend well for 10 minutes then add add dry ingredients in portions mix well

Then grease a pan and pour butter paper then add mixture into the container

Bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree for 45 minutes or until fully baked and cut the upper layer

For ganache:
Melt the chocolate in double boiler and add cream.mix well ganache ready
Wait until ganache cool and put on the cake
Put some grated chocolate and cake crumbs
