200 gmBoiled Jackfruit seed
20 gmRoasted gram flour
2-3Chopped Green chilli
1 big onion
1 inchginger
as per requirementChopped Coriander leaves
as requiredsalt to taste
1/2 tbspred chilli
1 tbspGaram masala
as requiredoil

Peel the boiled seed and mashed it and add gram flour and add all ingredients to make a dough.

Then make a round shaped kabab and put oil in pan and roast the Kababs till it golden brown and crisps. Serve it with green chutney or Paratha.
