Cooking Instructions

Wash and soak urad dal for2,3hours soak rice with urad dal (not using rice flour).

Soak poha 10min before grinding urad dal and grind with urad dal to fine. Mix it for 2,3min.

Add green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves,ginger and,salt mix well.

Heat appe pan spread oil add spoonfull urad dal mixture and cook till golden crisp both sides.
- 5
Serve with chutney
