Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 1 1/2 cup urad dal
  2. 4 spoonsrice/rice flour
  3. 1/2 cuppoha (Jada)
  4. As Per TasteSalt
  5. 2chilli powder chopped
  6. 1 Spoonginger grated
  7. 2 spoonscurry leaves, chopped
  8. 2 spoonscoriander leaves finely chopped
  9. 1/2 spoonhing
  10. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and soak urad dal for2,3hours soak rice with urad dal (not using rice flour).

  2. 2

    Soak poha 10min before grinding urad dal and grind with urad dal to fine. Mix it for 2,3min.

    Add green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves,ginger and,salt mix well.

  4. 4

    Heat appe pan spread oil add spoonfull urad dal mixture and cook till golden crisp both sides.

    Serve with chutney
