1onion
2potatoes
1 spoonginger garlic paste
1tomato
As Per TasteSalt
As Requiredgaram masala
1/2 spoonred chilli powder
1 spooncoriander powder
1/4 spooncumin seeds
1/2 spoonturmeric powder
As required coriander leaves
2 spoonsoil

Heat oil in a wok. Add jeera, ginger garlic paste and saute for 1min. Ads onion, tomato, salt, garam masala, red chilli, turmeric, mix well.

Add cauliflower and potato and mix well. Cover it with a lid and cook on slow flame till cooked.

Add coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot.
