Soak washed Chana Dal for 2-3 hrs, drain and add to the pressure cooker, add boneless mutton, onion, whole garam masala, ginger, garlic, salt, whole coriander seeds, cumin seeds, whole red chilies, salt, and adequate water.

Pressure cook for 1 whistle and depressurize, mash with the back of a ladle.

Add to a bowl, add an egg, chopped green chilies, and chopped coriander leaves, and mix well.

Grease your palm and make tikkis.

In a wok heat adequate oil, add 2-3 tikkis, and fry 2-3 mins each side until golden in colour, set aside.

Plate and garnish with onion rings, green chilies, and lime wedges. Enjoy 😊
