  10. 1/2 cupOil
  11. Hara dhanya Hari mirchen sajawat klye
  12. Salt to taste
  13. HOMEMADE MASALA10 gol lal mirchen1 tablespoon sabut dhanya1 tablespoon safed zeera1 teaspoon sabut kali mirchen 4 cheezon ko tawa pe halka sa bhonen or grinder mein mota pees lein

    Sab se pehly hari mirchen or lhsn ko chopper mein chop krlen, paste na bnaen

    Kaleji dho kar us pe meat tenderiser ya kacha papita LG kar 1/2 ghnta chor dein.

    Tawa ya karahi mein oil garam karein. Us mein piyaz shamil kar k itna fry karein k naram hojaey.

    Lehsan or hari mirchen shamil kar k 1 minute klye bhonen phr timater bareek cut kar shamil krden or dhak dein taky timater naram hojaen

    Jab timater naram hojaen to us mein dahi, hldi or homemade masala hasb e zrorat shamil karein or bhoon lein

    Ab kaleji dal kar 2,3 minutes tez aanch or mix karein phr 10 minutes medium aanch pe dhak kar pkaen..

    Pani khushk hojaey to garam masala or namak dal kar mix karein or hara dhanya hari mirchen dal kar stove se utar lein...
