Ingredients

  • 3mushrooms
  • 1bacon
  • 1/2mozzarella cheese
  • 1Rocket
  • Mix nuts if you like
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 tsphoney or sugar
  • 1/4 tspsoy sauce
  • 1 pinchblack pepper

  1. 1

    Cut mushrooms and bacon

    Fry them in olive oil in a warm frying pan. Add salt.

    Add honey and soy sauce. As soon as they are covered, turn off.

    Place the rocket, them and mozzarella cheese, crushed mix nuts on a plate. Sprinkle with pepper.
