First take your full size with chilka green Moog dal wash it and dip in water for at least 6to 8hours previous night

Next step is wash foxtail millet,peral millet wash it separately add urad dal,green chilli,curry leaves,jeera(gota),ginger piece everything combine altogether including green Moog dal let them soak in water totaly for 6hours...

After that next day morning dropping all the water and take a mixie grinder grind it smoothly..add salt,hing everything combined nicely.keep it aside for sometime. After that store it in a fridge.because I have used the batter in the evening only.high humidity your batter will be turned in to smell katta..

Then take non-stick pan pour your prepared Moog dal dosa add your squash subji also drop a little bit of coconut oil or extra vergin olive oil cover it with lid wait for sometime after sometime your dosa underneath cooked and golden crisp dosa you will get turned into other side let them cook properly.

Taking few minute to cook on the other side then your diet moog dal dosa ready and eat with sambar and tomato,onion chutney...
