Bread pakoda is a famous north Indian snack made with bread, potato masala stuffing, chutney and besan.
Steps

Boil potatoes in pressure cooker. Remove skin and mash them.

In a mixing bowl take boiled and mashed potatoes. Add salt, red chili powder, dhania jeera powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Stuffing is ready

For batter, in a mixing bowl take besan and rice flour. Add salt, ajwain, red chili powder, turmeric powder and kasoori methi. Add water gradually and prepare semithick batter.

Take two bread slices. Apply green chutney on one slice and prepared potato stuffing on other slice. Close them together. Cut into four parts with knife. Prepare all slices like this.

Now add soda bicarbonate and 1 teaspoon hot oil into batter. Mix well. Dip stuffed slices in batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden and crisp from outside.

Tempting bread pakoda is ready to serve. Serve with green chutney or red garlic chutney or tomato sauce.
