Ingredients

  1. 1Kamal kakdi stem
  2. 1 cuptur dal
  3. As RequiredTomatoes
  4. Half teaspoon jeera
  5. Half teaspoon mustard seeds
  6. As Required whole green chillies and two whole Red Chillies
  7. 3 tablespoonsoil
  8. Half teaspoon methi
  9. Pinchhing
  10. Half teaspoon haldi and half teaspoon of red chilli powder
  11. As Per TasteSalt
  12. As Per RequiredKadi patta

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash peel Kamal kakdi cut into a round shape. Give a boil for 10 minutes with a pinch of salt

    Boil Dal along with two green chilies, three tomatoes, and half a teaspoon of haldi. Allow to release the pressure automatically

    Take oil in a kadhai at first add Red Chillies, and gradually add mustard, jeera, methi, hing and Kadi patta. Allowed to crackle afterward add boiled Kamal kakdi fry for 5 minutes then add dal, give a mix cook for another 5 minutes.
