Mayo Paneer Kathi Roll

Finely chop the paneer, add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and mix it. Keep covered for 30 minutes

Salad:- For the salad, mix the long cut onion slices and the long and finely chopped cabbage well. Add salt and red chili powder and turmeric powder and mix

For dough, make soft dough of dough. Keep covered for 30 minutes.

Take a dough out of dough and roll it into a round shape by applying a little flour. Roast it like a roti on a hot tawa, apply butter on both sides and cook it like a paratha.

Put the paratha in a plate and apply mayonnaise in the center of the paratha, spread paneer masala on it. Place the salad on top of it and fold it on both the sides and close it with a toothpick.

Serve hot Mayo Paneer Kathi Roll.
