Ingredients

depend
  • 3 kgMeat boneless cut in cubes
  • 3 cupYogurt
  • 1 cupMustard oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbspChilli flakes
  • 3 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 3/4 cupRaw papaya paste
  • 3 tspWhole spice powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients n marinated over night or 6 to 8 hr but it better to make it day before for good results

  2. 2

    Then thread marinated meat in skewers

  3. 3

    Put skewers in burning charcoal and Grill them all sides n brush them with oil cook until it done..
