Corn Spinach Besan Tikki

Sweet taste of American corn is generally liked by children but spinach bhaji is not liked by children. Spinach contains many minerals that our body needs. Apart from this, spinach is also a very good source of antioxidants.
So today I have made a dish using corn, spinach and other vegetables and yes in addition to this I have also used gram flour which also provides good protein to our body. Even using less oil to make this dish makes it very tasty. This tikki can be served for breakfast, in children's lunch box or sometimes as snacks.

Add lightly crushed raw corn kernels, finely chopped spinach and finely grated carrot to a bowl.

Now add finely chopped capsicum, onion and coriander.

Add garam masala, cumin powder, amchur powder and salt to taste.

Add gram flour and turmeric powder and mix everything well. (use a spoon instead of hands while mixing so that water remains)

From the prepared batter, roll some flat tikkis of the desired size. (Don't roll the Tikki too thick.) Now keep this Tikki in the freezer to set for half an hour.

Put two to three spoons of oil in a pan and fry this Tikki from both sides. (Keep the gas flame medium to slow while roasting so that the Tikki gets cooked inside)

So that corn spinach besan tikki will be ready to serve.

This dish served in children lunch box with tomato ketchup it's liked very much.
