Boil brains with turmeric powder for 6,8 min..

Now remove the nerves and cut roughly

In a blender add onion & tomatoes with little water..

Now in a pan heat oil..

Add blended mixture with Ginger garlic & chilli paste..

Now add all dry spices..

When masala bhounfy well add boil brains along with lemon juice..

Lastly add kasuri methi, green chillies and coriander leaves..

Serve with chapati or karak roti..
