First of all, wash the plum with clean water, cut it into pieces and remove the pits.

Now add the plum pieces to a mixer jar and crush it by adding sugar, black salt powder, mint leaves and chilled water.

Now strain this juice through a strainer. So the plum juice will be ready.

Now add ice cubes in a serving glass, add plum juice to it, garnish with mint leaves and serve cold juice.
