Ingredients

  • 250 gmsChicken Mince (Thigh)
  • 1Egg
  • 2large Onion Diced
  • Halfa handful Coriander chopped finely
  • 1 tbspGinger Crushed
  • 1 tbspGarlic Crushed
  • 1 tspGreen Chilli paste
  • 1 tbspChickpea Flour (Dry roasted in a pan for 2 - 3 minutes)
  • 1 1/2 tspCoriander Powder
  • 1 1/4 tspCumin Powder
  • 1/2 tspChilli Powder
  • 1 tbspLemon Juice
  • 1/2 tspGaram Masala Powder
  • 1-2 tspSalt
  • 1 cupvegetable oil for frying

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine chicken mince with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Oil hands very slightly and shape mixture into round fritters.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry. Strain aside and keep on a kitchen towel to soak excess oil.
