Rice ko dho k 15-20 minutes k liye bhigo k rakh dain.

Bara pan lain us mein Gur aur 3 glass water dal k stove per medium heat per rakh dain. Jab Gur melt ho jaye. Dosre pan mein strainer se strain kar k side per rakh dain liquid.

Ab pan lain use stove per rakhein ghee dalein sath hi clove, Cardamoms, fennel seeds and cinnamon sticks dal k halka sa fry karein.

Phir Gur ka liquid dalein.

Liquid dal k cover karein 2 minutes. Cover hath k rice ka pani nikal k rice pan mein dal dain.

Rice cook honay lgye tu cover kar dain. 2-3 minutes bad cover hata k dakhein pani thora rah jye.

Dosrey stove per aik tawa garam hony rakh dain dhakan ko romaal mein cover kar k pan k oper dain aur tawa jo garam ho raha tha usk opr pan rakhein. Koi heavy chz dhakan k opar rakh k 20 minutes k liye dam dain. Flame bilkul low kar dain.

After 20 to 25 minutes cover hata dain rice ko spoon se mix kar lain.
