Ingredients

5 to 6 servings
  • 200 GMsmaida
  • 1/4 cupudad dal soak overnight
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 1 tspajwain
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspfunnel seeds
  • 1/2 tsphing
  • As RequiredOil for frying and 2 tbsp gor dough

Steps

3 hours
  1. 1

    Clean and wash udad dal and soak overnight.

  2. 2

    Remove the water and grind urad dal add ginger and green chili.

  3. 3

    And make a coarse paste

  4. 4

    Take a pan add cumin seed,hing fennel seeds, and red chili powder and make stuffing

  5. 5

    Make a ball and add stuffing to ball and press with the help of the palm.

  6. 6

    And deep frying in oil in medium flame.
