Cut onions and fry until golden brown.take out brown onion.

Add ginger garlic paste in oil and cook few minutes.

After it add mutton

Cook few minutes and make mixture of yogurt and Shan qorma masala.

This mixture add in mutton and cook well on medium flame.

After 1 hour. Grind brown onion and also add in mutton.

Now add 2 cups of water and cook until mutton tender.

Now Quorma is ready serve with Naan.
