Filling breakfast brunch idea filling and very tasty.
Steps

Crack two eggs in a microwave proof jug and mix with a fork

Add a dash of milk and the teaspoon of butter

Pop in the microwave for a minute then stir and put back in the microwave for another 1minute to 1.5 depending how you like your scrambled eggs

Add the three slices of smoked salmon to your plate
- 5
Cut avocado in half remove pip and slice and put on the plate next to your salmon
- 6
Season with pepper
