Ingredients

15 minutes
  • 200 gmspaneer
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupmethi leaves finely chopped
  • 7,8cashews
  • 1bay leaf
  • 2cloves
  • 1cardamom
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 3pepper corns
  • 1 Spoonchilli powder
  • 1 Spooncoriander powder
  • 1/2jeera powder
  • 1/2 spoongreen chilli paste
  • 1 Spoonginger paste
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 2 spoonsoil
  • 1 spoonghee
  • 1 Spooncoriander leaves finely chopped

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Puree tomatoes and cashews to smooth.

  2. 2

    Heat oil adds methi leaves saute till dry transfer to a plate.

  3. 3

    Heat oil add cinnamon, bayleaf, pepper, cardmum add chilli powder,tomato puree saute it till oil seperates

  4. 4

    Add coriander powder, jeera powder, and prepared methi and give it a mix add salt, little water if needed to make gravy consistency add paneer pieces mix it.

  5. 5

    Add ghee, and coriander leaves, and serve with roti/rice.
