Palak Pakore /Spinach Fritters

Clean the spinach /palak leaves. Wash under running water drain the excess water chhoped roughly. Transfer into large bowl.

Add chopped onions termiric powder salt red chilli powder roasted cumin seeds powder gramflour rice flour grated ginger chopped green chilli mix all well together.

If required then add little by little water just 1/2 tspoon mix well. Do not make runny batter.

Heat up oil in frying pan once heated drop 5-6 portions of batter don't make crowd deep fry in batches deep fry until golden and crisp

Remove using slotted spoon drain excess oil.

Your tasty crispy fritters are ready to serve. Serve hot with tea. /coffee.
