  • 200 gmbesan
  • 100 mlas required water
  • 1 tspsalt to taste
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tbsprice flour
  • 2aloo chopped
  • 2onion chopped
  • Few leaves chopped fresh coriander
  • Oil for Frying

    Take bowl add besan and all dry ingredients, and chopped aloo payaz mix properly and add required Water for make thick.

    Second step mix aloo and payaz properly and add some water as required

    Take a kadai add oil when oil hot make aloo payaz bhajiya.
