Wash, cut gizzard into size you want and fry

Remove the fried gizzard and add your sliced tomato, fresh pepper and onion, allow to fry for some time and add seasoning cube

Add carrot, ball peppers, (different coloured) cut into cubes shape, add little salt to taste and allow to fry for about 5minutes. The yummy sauce is ready

Wash your fresh tilapia fish, make openings on it by cutting, add a mixture curry, thyme, grounded garlic, grounded ginger, seasoning cube salt and little water and use it to marinade the fish and allow to stay for sometime the fry

After frying the fish, put in a flat plate and then pour the sauce on it

Peel your Irish potato, cut into shape you like add salt and the fry. Then add the fried potato chips in the plate.
Lunch or dinner is served
