Kothimbir wadi, popular crispy tea time snack prepared with coriander leaves which is available in mansoon ,here used chanadal in place of besan,which give more flavour to wadi.
Steps

Wash the dal and soak for 2 hours,grind it with chilly and ginger without adding any water.

To the mixture add chopped coriander leaves, coriander seeds crushed, coriander powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder, salt, sugar,hing.

Heat steamer spread the mixture on greased plate/chalni and steam for 10 min. Cool it and cut into pieces.

Heat oil to shallow fry and fry the wadi till golden, and crisp.

Serve with sauce/pudina chutney.
