Ingredients

15 miniutes
  • 250 gmsbindi
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 Spoonchilli paste
  • 1 tsp +1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 spoon hing
  • 1 Spoonjeera
  • 1 sprigcurry leaves
  • 2 tsp+2 tsp oil
  • 1 Spooncoriander powder
  • 1/2 spoonjeera powder
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 2 spoonssugar
  • 1 Spoonchilli powder
  • 2 spoonsrice flour
  • 2 spoonscoriander leaves finely chopped

Steps

15 miniutes
  1. 1

    Wash, dry bhindi trim the edges and cut into pieces, add salt, turmeric powder, and chilli powder, and mix it

  2. 2

    Heat oil adds jeera, curry leaves, and chilli paste, and prepare bhindi and cook till bhindi is soft add hing off the flame.

  3. 3

    Blend curd, coriander powder, jeera powder, rice flour, salt, and sugar to smooth add to cooked bhindi and cook for a few minutes.

  4. 4

    Add coriander leaves and it's ready to Serve with roti/rice.
