Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 4firm round tomatoes
  • 1bell pepper
  • 4eggs
  • 2-4green onions (depending on size)
  • 1 handfulfava beans
  • 1 bunchradishes
  • 4baby artichokes
  • 4anchovy fillets
  • 7 ouncestuna (about 200 grams)
  • 1generous scoop of Niçoise olives
  • Basil
  • Olive oil
  • Red wine vinegar

Steps

20 minutes

    Cook the eggs

  2. 2

    Chop the green onions, thinly slice the bell pepper, radishes, tomatoes, and artichokes

  3. 3

    Drain and flake the tuna

  4. 4

    Mix everything together roughly

  5. 5

    Cut the hard-boiled eggs into quarters, add the anchovy fillets, black olives, and finely chopped basil

  6. 6

    Season with salt and pepper to taste, drizzle generously with olive oil and vinegar

  7. 7

    Mix well and chill for 1 hour before serving
